Your headliner for the night is the hysterical Carl LaBove, featuring the introspective Leo Flowers, with the energetic and joyful Sean Peabody as your host and a guest appearance by witty local, Rowie. Headliner – Carl LaBove
Carl LaBove’s unique show centers on an engaging conversation in which he incorporates quick-witted improvisation and physical reenactments of his tales.  “I’ve written my show to be like a movie experience.  I grab the audience and take them on an action packed adventure.”  In the case of Carl LaBove, it can be said that he is a combination performance artist and stand-up comedian.  He is definitely in a league of his own.

The night he stepped on stage for the very first time he meet another aspiring comedian, Sam Kinison, who was also performing for his first time.  The two bonded and the assault on comedy was on.

Carl and Sam moved from Houston to Los Angeles and worked as doormen at the world famous Comedy Store until Sam got a break on Rodney Dangerfield’s HBO Young Comedians Special.  Kinison became a comedy sensation and he and Carl joined forces.  Carl became his special guest on all tours and collaborated on three comedy albums and several specials.  They also formed the Outlaws of Comedy, a band of comedic outlaws on and off stage, that Carl headlined.  Carl lived every comic’s dream, performing three hundred seat rock clubs to seven thousand seat arenas for eight years.  The friendship and collaboration tragically ended in April of 1992 when Sam and Carl were in route to a gig in Laughlin.  The death of Sam Kinison closed an important chapter in Carl’s life.

After taking a year off to regroup, Carl landed four appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno as well as being cast in a comedy sketch that Jay wrote with Carl in mind.  Carl was also cast as a series regular on Roseanne’s late night sketch comedy show, Saturday Night Special, opposite Saturday Night Live.

After the show’s run, Carl had guest starring roles on Seinfeld, Roseanne, and The Parenthood, and film roles in Ace Ventura: Pet Detective and independent films.

Feature  – Leo Flowers

A Chicago native, Leo quickly worked his way into major comedy clubs and colleges across the country.  His delivery has been described as "smooth and deliberate," making observations bordering on "genius and insanity."  No two shows are ever alike, as he's always attacking the issues of the day in the news and personally.  Infusing stand-up w/storytelling, Leo captivates audiences of all demographics.    

Recently, Leo has appeared on "Comics Unleashed w/Byron Allen"; was named the runner-up in the "San Francisco Stand-Up Comedy Competition;" nationally toured on "Shaved and Depraved Comedy Tour" sponsored by Headblade; co-hosted MTV's "Sports Blender;" and cut his acting chops in the webisode "Sorority Forever."

Host – Sean Peabody

Sean Peabody is an up and coming comic from the San Francisco Bay Area. Sean was raised in Vallejo California and jumped on the comedy scene in Fairfield California. He has performed in clubs and colleges up and down the west coast and has worked with comedians such as, John Witherspoon, D.C. Curry, Will Durst, Andres Fernandez, John Diresta and more.

Guest Spot – Rowie
Rowie has been entertaining audiences with his wit, material and impressions since birth. A multi-dimensional entertainer, Rowie takes the crowd on a ride delivering razor sharp lines of deadpan cynicism with things you’ve thought but never had the guts to say. His clean and current topics are truly a refreshing experience.

Born and raised in Sacramento, Rowie spent his winters skiing and racing in Tahoe at Alpine Meadows. Rowie left Sac for Lake Tahoe in the 80’s to coach for the Squaw Valley Ski Team and chase the extreme skiing scene which was just taking off.  Along with skiing he’s an avid golfer which keeps him busy year round.                                                                     

He has opened for some of America’s biggest comedians. With fans throughout the country, Rowie’s act grabs your attention, keeps it, and makes you want to hear more.
